Reader Request

I've had some interest in our cabinets, and one question specifically about the hardware we used to have the frame exposed.  Here are a few detail shots...

The cabinet door closed

the front when opened, you can see the door pivots into the frame slightly.

The european-style hinges
The hinges are the same as used for conventional cabinets where the frame is hidden, but I believe they are mounted further into the cabinet box to allow for the frame to show.



On another note, I was scrolling through one of my favourite design blogs today, and was pleasantly surprised to see this photo of my kitchen!  Thanks Remodelista!
